Corporate Retreats

Our facilities at Tim Pond Camps are available for retreats and meetings for up to 30 people.

Your company or organization can rent out the entire facility, with exclusive use of the grounds, lodge, cabins, and boats.

For those of you who have not heard of us, we are a sporting camp located in the western mountains of Maine.  Tim Pond Camps is located near the Rangeley Lakes Region and not far from the Sugarloaf Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course.  The camps are located on a private pond, the gated access assures you uncrowded facilities. Relax and enjoy your stay in our log cabin accommodations.  We offer fishing, boating, mountain bike riding, canoeing, wildlife & bird watching, and hiking. Our kitchen staff prepares excellent meals for your hearty appetites.

Tim Pond Camps have been serving guests since the late 1800’s.  We have 11 guest cabins, which sleep 2-6 people. The cabins all have full bathrooms with hot and cold running water, no televisions, woodstoves/fireplaces for heat, bedding & towels are provided.

We serve our meals in our main lodge.  The cookie jars are always full. Breakfast is a hearty one… eggs and bacon with homemade toast and jam certain days of the week, the other days it’s pancakes, french toast, or our renowned eggs benedict.  Lunch is usually soup/sandwich or a casserole, with a homemade dessert. Dinner may be prime rib, roast pork, or turkey depending on the day of the week. We do not serve alcohol or soda but you are more than welcome to bring your own.  We will work with you to set up any special diet or menu that may be needed for your group.

Meetings may be held in either the Dining Room or Library depending on your needs.

Whatever works for you. Be be sure to allow time to enjoy the outdoors.

Our package will include your cabin, meals, boat/motor/gas, use of Library.
